Return & Exchange Policy

If you are unhappy with your purchase, as long as you contact us within 30 calendar days from the receipt of the item, we will process your return/exchange request. Any request after 30 calendar days will not be honored. Please make sure to contact us by email at support@kinomotostore.com.

Return & Exchange Process

  1. Initiate a Return or an Exchange: Please email us at support@kinomotostore.com with photos and/or videos of the items and let us know your order number. Our customer service staff will determine the eligibility for your return request in 3-5 working days.
  2. Ship the item back: If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the return address, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. (Note: Items returned without authorization will not be accepted). We recommend that you send your return/exchange in a shipping method providing tracking information as well as a signature because we will not be responsible for lost return/exchange.
  3. Refund or exchange: when we receive your return/exchange, we will inspect the item in 3-5 working days and then provide a replacement for an exchange or issue a refund.

Return & Exchange Conditions

  1.  Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.
  2.  Items must be returned within 30 calendar days after you receive them.
  3.  All items must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
  4. When returning or exchanging items, customers must use a shipping method providing tracking information.

Non-returnable/exchangeable items

  1. Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.
  2. We will not refund the goods damaged by customer factors.

Note: Please do not send your return to the address on your package. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return. If you need the return address, please contact us support@kinomotostore.com.

Refund Policy

  1. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, the refund will be provided to the original method of payment within 1-3 working days.
  2. If you haven’t received the refund within 3-5 working days, please check your original payment account again. Then contact your bank or contact their support team. It may take some time before a refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@kinomotostore.com.
  3. No handling costs for returns or exchange. If the return is caused by the product quality or the mistake from us, you will be guaranteed to get 100% refund and we will bear the shipping fee for the returns. If that is not the case, you have to bear the cost of shipping the item(s).

Refund Conditions

  1. The customer can apply for a refund, return or exchange, if not satisfied with the product.
  2. Original receipt is needed for product refund within 30 days of order receipt date.
  3. Products can only be refunded or exchanged provided that they have been unwashed, unworn or unused, and are in their original selling conditions with all tags and packing (if applicable) intact.
  4.  If you need to return the item(s) due to quality issues, we will bear the shipping fee for the returns. If that is not the case, you have to bear the cost of shipping the item(s).

    Please Note: Shipping costs is not refundable.

    Cancellation

    Customers are free to cancel the order any time before shipment.
